Best of – Patti Gustin

While the council is enjoying their 28 day hiatus between council meetings (June 21 returning July 19, 2022) we at City Council Watchdog would like to take this time to bring you a highlight reel or “Best of” from our various council members.

This month’s feature is Councilwoman Patti Gustin.  Serving the Naperville city council since 2015 we have just a small look back at some of the contributions these last 7 years.

Councilwoman Patty Gustin undoubtedly will have more classic gems to follow as her time on the council comes to a close.

    A “loose noodle”. She needs to reserve her broad thread of “flubber-dubber” comments for comedy stand in’s.

    Criticism on policy or viewpoints is completely fine and welcome. But this post is just lazy and in poor taste. It reminded me of those famous lines from President Roosevelt. How easy it is for people to criticize but never actually step up to do anything. Patty has done a great job serving our community and its a thankless job most of the time. She is not perfect and neither are you. I’m happy we have people like Patty and others willing to step up and help the community.

      Just about every group has a person who doesn’t think things through, and in the case of this Naperville city council, Patty Gustin is that person.

    Required fields are marked. The site does not let me respond unless all categories are filled out. It blocks my entry. I felt my response about Patty Gustin was not offensive. If you see something, say something. To tape our mouths in Naperville or anywhere is wrong. We are designated not free. Council members must be reviewed and those in office in Naperville or anywhere. Foul language should be ruled out and it has. We need to run the course of what is correct within the confines of justice and not to hand pick those who are demonstrating concern for the inhabitants and history of their towns to be avoided upon deaf ears reaction. We grow brighter by building a vessel of intelligence, healthy thoughts, concern for our fellow man, friendliness and devotion through honesty and hard work.
