The Coronavirus is nothing to sneeze at. (Never end a sentence with a preposition). Political leaders are so-called leaders because they tell us what to do, while showing us something totally different.
Watch and listen as some leaders tell us what to do, while showing us how it works:
Locally, Naperville councilwoman Patty Gustin is showing very little respect for the virus, along with her own well-being. Watch Gustin’s fascination with her face as she touches it no less than 14 times over a two-minute period, for a total of 90% of the time during the two-minute segment.
It might be time for Gustin’s family, friends, and supporters to initiate an intervention with suggestions for her own well-being including:
- Talk less
- Velcro her hands to the dais
- Stay home
- Move to adjourn the meeting immediately after the pledge
Not only would it benefit Gustin, it would also benefit others sitting near her, and those who have to listen to her.
Mass Hysteria versus Logic and Reason.
This virus thing has gotten all out of hand. It’s as if mankind has gone stark raving mad not by Rabies or Syphilis but by irrational snowflakes probably high on pot or its derivatives.
Ever since President Trump was elected in 2016 Europe and North America through their news media and politicians have been instilling, fostering, generating and raising an amorphous anxiety level on the population that the world is domed and about to end.
Against all reason this anxiety blob has grown bigger and bigger until something has popped the bubble. It’s the Coronavirus.
Based on current statistics this flue is no more lethal and, in some cases, less than others in recent history. This WORLDWIDE phenomenon currently hitting the USA requires a huge, cathartic, psychiatric shit before the situation returns to normal.
It will take about three months to work through the bowels of humanity and the historians in the future will laugh at how mankind is so easily stampeded into insanity!
