It is that time of year again where the Naperville city council has a lull between meetings. This gives us time to reflect on the longest standing Naperville citycouncilman Paul Hinterlong. As a member of the city council since the 2009, Paul Hinterlong missed being a part of the council during the second Bush administration by 105 days.
